Bang officially joins 100 Thieves, Cody Sun departs

Bae "Bang" Jun-sik has officially joined 100 Thieves' League of Legends roster, the organization confirmed late Thursday night.

Bang joins the Thieves franchise after having spent five years with Korean powerhouse SK Telecom T1, with whom he won two World Championship titles.

With Bang's arrival comes the departure of bot laner Cody "Cody Sun" Sun.

GorillA joins Misfits

Former Kingzone DragonX support player Kang "GorillA" Beom-hyeon has joined Misfits Gaming, the organization announced early on Friday morning.

This move completes Misfits’ already stacked roster, which features toplaner Paul “sOAZ” Boyer, jungler Nubar “Maxlore” Sarafian, new midlaner Fabian “Febiven” Diepstraten, ADC Steven “Hans Sama” Liv and GorillA as support.

pieliedie fills Mushi's spot on Mineski

Swedish support player Johan "pieliedie" Åström will be taking over as the new position five in Mineski's Dota 2 roster, the organization announced on Friday.

pieliedie's arrival comes in the wake of legendary Malaysian player Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung's departure from the team just over two weeks ago. This is the Swedish support's second stint on a South East Asian roster, having spent the previous Dota Pro Circuit season with a Fnatic whose performance at The International fell short of expectations.

Gen.G renews four players' contracts

Korean League of Legends franchise Gen.G have renewed the contracts of Lee "CuVee" Seong-Jin, Song "Fly" Yong-jun, Park "Ruler" Jae-hyuk and Kim "Life" Jeong-min.

This announcement comes in the wake of Jo "CoreJJ" Yong-in's recent transfer from Gen.G to Team Liquid. In their tweet, the organization teases that the team will soon be welcoming "new faces," but they have yet to be announced.
